The team at Nobis Inc. only selects candidates from a rigorous selection process. Whilst we use a selection of social media sourcing tools, our service usually engages candidates by using specialist search processes which require our team to locate individuals who are specifically found in both relevant and also supporting industries across many locations worldwide.
All our candidates are selected in the strictest of confidence. We do not send CV’s to our clients without prior written authorisation from the candidate and we will not mention their names to our clients unless again, given written consent. We do not keep a database of candidates as every search is different and every search requires our term to begin with a blank canvas.
Whilst we take references seriously at Nobis Inc. we do not contact present/current employers untill we get the green light from our candidates.
